In parallel with efforts to ensure appropriate quality, price, and delivery times, we are also working to build supply chains that have a lower environmental impact. As a regular member of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), a global coalition dedicated to corporate social responsibility (CSR) in global supply chains, Epson asks its suppliers to adhere to the same high ethical standards as we do.
COVID-19, logistics disruptions, chip and electronic parts shortages, and other challenges have highlighted the need for stronger business continuity programs in supply chains, and we are working closely with our suppliers to strengthen ours.
