Layouts for Efficient Production

By arranging multiple units in parallel, paper productivity is improved, enabling efficient mass production. The originality of this layout was recognized and registered as a design patent.
By aligning the paper feed direction to one side, the paper feeding operation is centralized, allowing smooth feeding even when multiple units are in operation. As shown in the layout below, placing shelves on the feed side and feeding paper according to the processing status of each unit contributes to improved paper productivity.

By aligning the direction of paper output from the units, the output operation is centralized, enabling the collection of paper produced from multiple units. As shown in the layout below, placing receiving shelves on the output side allows for smooth collection and transfer of produced paper, contributing to improved productivity.
