Notification about Share Repurchase
(Share repurchase under the provisions of Epson's Articles of Incorporation pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 2 of the Companies Act of Japan)
- TOKYO, Japan, August 5, 2019 -
At a meeting of its board of directors held on April 26, Seiko Epson Corporation (TSE: 6724, "Epson") resolved on a share repurchase pursuant to Article 156 of the Companies Act of Japan as applied pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 3 of the same act, and implemented the share repurchase. Details of the share repurchase undertaken are as follows.

(3) Total repurchase amount | 1,819,165,800 yen |
(4) Repurchase period | July 1, 2019 to July 31, 2019 (on an execution base) |
