Seiko Epson Corporation (TSE: 6724, "Epson") extends its deepest sympathies to all those affected by the tragic flash floods and mudslides in Nepal on August 26, 2026.

To support relief and recovery efforts in the affected areas and assist those impacted by the disaster, the Epson Group has donated INR 5 million (approximately JPY 8.5 million) through the Nepal Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund. The donation was made by Epson India Pvt. Ltd., an Epson Group company based in India.

We would like to express our heartfelt condolences to those who lost their lives in this tragedy. All of us at the Epson Group sincerely hope for the swift recovery and reconstruction of the affected communities.
