Seiko Epson Corporation (TSE: 6724, "Epson") has been named a Gold Partner of HERALBONY Art Prize 2026 (HAP), an international art award organized by HERALBONY Co., Ltd.

Epson is committed to creating a sustainable system where all people, including those with disabilities, can reach their full potential by taking on challenges and continuing to grow at a pace and in a role that suits them, contributing meaningfully to outcomes as active participants in the value chain.

Through these efforts, Epson seeks to generate value through its business operations while growing alongside local communities and serving as a leading presence in those regions.

At its special subsidiary, Epson is pursuing the creation of value by developing new businesses centered on office support services, expanding know-how throughout the Epson Group, and increasing the hiring of people with intellectual disabilities. Since launching full-scale operations in the second half of fiscal year 2023, the company has expanded its business areas and increased revenue. Furthermore, online learning programs, training for managers, and workshops are being used to promote workplace inclusivity. In addition, the company fosters internal awareness and strengthened ties with local communities through work experience programs for students with disabilities and community-oriented events.

The partnership with HAP reflects the strong alignment between Epson's approach to diversity and its commitment to creating value through business. Through HAP, Epson will participate in the process of presenting to the world the power and creativity of artists with disability. Leveraging its strengths in the areas of printing, experience, and creativity, Epson will work together to visualize the innate creativity that resides within each person.

Epson intends to further develop environments in which diverse talent can thrive. By communicating expression and value born in local communities to the global stage, Epson aims to work together with stakeholders around the world to create new value.
