Epson Announces Changes of Representative Director and Executive Personnel

- TOKYO, Japan, February 21, 2025 -

Seiko Epson Corporation (TSE: 6724, "Epson") today announced that its board of directors has approved executive officer changes effective April 1, 2025, and provisionally approved changes to its board of directors that are subject to final approval at the company's annual general meeting scheduled for June 26, 2025.

1. Reasons for changes

These changes are intended to accelerate the execution of the initiatives under the Epson 25 Renewed corporate vision and to establish a framework for the next strategic corporate vision currently being formulated.
