SB International Conference "Human Rights Due Diligence Required of Japanese Companies - Corporate Case Studies and Future Prospects"
March 2025: Yasuhito Tani, manager of the DE&I Strategic Promotion Department was a panel speaker at the SB (Sustainable Brands) International Conference. The panel covered the current situation, including impending regulations, and discussed challenges and solutions for Japanese companies based on real-world examples.

Women's Empowerment Support Forum "Empowerment 21st Century School for Women"
November 2024: Emiko Nemura, general manager of the DE&I Strategic Promotion Department, participated in a panel discussion for female managers hosted by the 21st Century Occupational Foundation. Designed to provide insights on future career development to the audience of more than 240, the discussion covered topics such as the approach to work, the role of management, and work-life balance.
Shiojiri City Town Meeting on the theme, "Let's Talk About Childcare in Shiojiri"
November 2024: Emiko Nemura, general manager of the DE&I Strategic Promotion Department, participated as a panelist in a roundtable discussion with the mayor and others, discussing work-life balance and childcare.
Famione Conference 2024 "Corporate Initiatives for Balancing Fertility Treatment and Work"
September 2024: Satoshi Ishikawa,manager of the HR Department participated in a panel discussion focused on career support and promoting work-life balance for employees undergoing fertility treatment or trying to conceive. Drawing from real-life initiatives, participants explored the challenges faced by both those directly affected and their supporters, and they discussed what companies can do to provide meaningful support.
Women's Leadership Summit Presented by Epson
June 2024: Epson hosted the Women's Leadership Summit in the US. Over 700 women participated, and Kendra Jones, Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer of Epson America, Inc., gave a keynote on the current state and future of women's empowerment.

HR Strategy Conference in the Era of Work Style Reform 2023
February 2023: Emiko Nemura, general manager of the Diversity & Inclusion Project, served as a speaker on the topic "Accelerating a Change in Mindset and Promoting Diversity with the Support of Management." She delivered a presentation on a case study focusing on how transforming the mindset of management can serve as a catalyst for building a corporate culture where diverse talent can thrive. The session also explored strategies for advancing diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) within the organization.

YSP Online Symposium
September 2022: Emiko Nemura, general manager of the Diversity & Inclusion Project, participated in the symposium as a panelist, discussing the importance of corporate collaboration and D&I initiatives for a society where everyone has the option of working flexibly, regardless of whether they are married or have children.
