Epson Announces Executive Personnel Changes
- TOKYO, Japan, April 30, 2020 -
Seiko Epson Corporation (TSE: 6724, "Epson") today announced that a meeting of its board of directors had provisionally approved the following executive personnel changes. The changes are subject to final approval at the company's annual general meeting scheduled to be held on June 25, 2020.
The lineup of executive officers from June 25 has also been approved.
1. Reasons for changes
Now in the second year of the Epson 25 Phase 2 Mid-Range Business Plan (FY2019-21), Epson has implemented these changes with the aims of further strengthening its corporate governance, and of accelerating its efforts to create a strong organization capable of generating ongoing improvements in corporate value and growth.
