Epson Announces Change of Representative Director
- TOKYO, Japan, September 4, 2018 -
Seiko Epson Corporation (TSE: 6724, "Epson") today announced that a meeting of its board of directors had approved the following change of representative director.
1. Reason for change
Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer (representative director) Shigeki Inoue will retire for personal reasons, and will be replaced as representative director by Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer Koichi Kubota.
